FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

We reccomend choosing a package with 8-12 hours coverage. This typically gives us enough time to capture the wedding day preparations in the morning, through until everyone is dancing at night. This means we capture all the formalities, but also everyone letting loose at night. I also offer custom packages depending on your needs. Just ask and we can talk further on that.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

Good dates are like hot cakes. So if you think we can offer you amazing quality at a fraction of price, you should think about booking us as soon as you have the proper quote. It gives us enough time to prepare for your big day too.

CAN I HELP PICK THE MUSIC FOR THE VIDEO?

Absolutely! We always ask our couples for the choice of music they would like to use on the videos.

CAN I REVIEW THE HIGHLIGHTS VIDEO BEFORE IT’S FINALISED?

Yes, certainly! We offer first review for the highlights video free of cost.

HOW LONG UNTIL WE GET OUR PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

In most cases wedding photos are sent out to couples within 4-6 weeks and wedding videos within 6-8 weeks after their wedding date, but during peak wedding season, delivery can take a little longer. I always keep in touch to make sure you’re not waiting any longer than you should be for your photos/videos.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

In order to lock in your wedding date you will need to pay a 30% deposit as well as sign a contract. Rest of the payment needs to be cleared on or just after the wedding day.

DOES YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDE RAW VIDEOS?

We strongly believe it's really unprofessional to provide raw-unedited videos to our valued customers. In most cases the raw videos we capture are unusable to watch without special softwares and they usually come from multiple camera sources. So all our package offers a highlights video along with the full documentary video. Both videos are professionally edited. Long version documentary video will include full coverage of your wedding day such as more footages from getting ready, full ceremony, full speeches, full dancing depending on the hours of coverage you have picked.

HOW MANY CAMERAS WILL YOU BE USING ON THE DAY?

We usually use one camera for getting ready shots, but 2-3 cameras to capture the ceremony and reception. If you have booked two videographers then we'll be using minimum of two cameras for getting ready shots and 4-5 cameras for ceremony and reception coverage.
